Terms of Service

1. The service
GameGenie provides tools to create and interact with browser-based games using automated and AI-assisted generation. Features, availability, and limits may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live and meet any minimum age we specify for the service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access non-public systems, overload infrastructure, scrape in violation of our rules, harass others, or generate content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
4. Your content and license
You retain rights to content you submit, subject to the rights you grant us: a license to host, process, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate, improve, and promote GameGenie, including through AI and automated systems. You represent that you have the rights needed for your submissions.
5. AI outputs
Generated games and assets may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use or publication. We do not warrant that outputs will be non-infringing or fit for any particular use.
6. Fees and trials
Paid plans, trials, renewals, and refunds are described at checkout and in plan descriptions. Failure to pay may result in restricted access. Taxes may apply where required.
7. Third-party services
The service may link to or integrate third-party offerings. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameGenie and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty dollars (USD), except where law does not allow such a cap.
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify GameGenie against claims arising from your content, your use of the service in violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for operational, legal, or policy reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
12. Changes
We may modify these terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice as appropriate (for example, by posting on the site or emailing you). Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your agreement with us, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in the designated venue have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
